2 lbs ricotta cheese

1 stick pepperoni sliced, then diced

½ lb ham sliced ¼ inch thick, then diced
(Or any combination of Italian cold cuts)

12 eggs slightly beaten, more if needed.

1 to 3 cups spaghetti cooked

1 ½ cups of good quality grated Romano cheese

Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 275 degrees

Soften ricotta cheese

Add sliced, diced cold cuts

Add eggs and grated cheese

Add pasta until it looks like enough

Mix well

If too dry add more eggs

Grease 9 x 12 inch pan

Pour in mixture and sprinkle with black pepper

Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours until knife inserted in center comes out clean

Cool. Serve cold or room temperature
