SALAD:
4-6 Hard Boiled Eggs-Chopped

1 Bag of Baby Spinach
4-6 Green Onions-Chopped
1 Cup of real Bacon Bits


Guess & By Golly Dressing:
1/2 Cup Miracle Whip (Mayonnaise can be used)
3 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
5 Tablespoons Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Wash & dry bagged Spinach & place in large bowl that can be covered.
Add chopped onion and bacon bits

for Dressing:
In a sauce pan bring Miracle Whip, Vinegar, Sugar & Chopped Eggs to a rolling boil, stirring so it doesn't scorch.

Pour over Salad Mixture very well. Let set until cools some. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
