For 1 crust:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco

1/2 c. ice water.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Crisco into the flour. (Grandma Edith mixed with her hands. I would use a pastry cutter.)
Add 1/2 c. ice water in drops. Put in dough in a ball (don't knead).
Keep floured and keep turning it over as you roll it out.
