1 Sleeve Finely Crumbled Crackers
½ Bottle Chili Sauce
Medium Onion-Chopped
Green Pepper-Chopped
3-4 Eggs
Dash or two Heinz 57 Sauce
Dash or two Worchester Sauce
Salt & Pepper to Taste
¼ Cup Ketchup for Top
2-4 Strips of Raw Bacon for Top
2 Lbs. Hamburger or may use 1 ½ lbs. Hamburger & ½ lb. Sausage (Your liking)

Mix all ingredients thoroughly except for Ketchup and Bacon. Shape into 2 loaves. Put both loaves in 9X12 pan. Add ¾ to 1 glass of Water (enough that it doesn't bake all of the moisture out) Top with Ketchup and Bacon Strips. Bake at 350º for approximately 1 to 1 ½-hours or until done. (Onions & Peppers will be soft & Bacon almost crisp).

Red Gravy- Put drippings from Meatloaf in skillet. May have to add a little oil and or water. Bring to boil adding enough Ketchup to flavor well. Add flour & cook until thick.
