½ Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Cup Raisins
½ Cup Chopped Dates
½ Cup Pecans
4 Cups Chopped Raw Apples

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together first four ingredients. Sift together next five ingredients the mix with first ingredients. Add in remaining 4 ingredients. Stir until mixed well (by hand). Put in 9X12 greased pan and bake 1 hour at 325º. No need for a frosting unless desired. If desired frosting use the Cream Cheese Frosting that was
printed for the Banana Cake.
