1 c butter
2 eggs
1 1/3 c sugar
3 ½ tsp vanilla
2 2/3 c flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
3 ½ tsp corn starch
½ tsp salt
8 oz white chocolate chips
1 1/3 c craisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Mix in egg and vanilla.
In a medium bowl, sift together flour, corn starch, baking soda and salt.
With mixer on low, add the dry ingredients, mix until combined. Add in the chocolate chips and craisins. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Before scooping, this mixture will need to sit out for at least 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Scoop cookies onto a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
