3 1/2 C milk
1 C oil
4 C flour
2 T. baking powder
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt

Beat all of the ingredients and pour into a hot waffle iron!

We love waffles any which way, but this recipe can be easily adjusted to become whole wheat, cinnamon waffles or lemon zest waffles...whatever strikes your fancy! I think it's an easy meal to feed company because they can make their own hot to order and then you can have a topping bar with butter, warm maple syrup, fresh fruit, whipped cream, chopped nuts...anything!
