1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
8 oz. pkg. braunschweiger
1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. finely chopped onion
1/2 t. Dijon mustard
Dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter. Remove from heat; stir in braunschweiger, sour cream, chopped onion, Dijon mustard and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Press into a 1½ c. bowl that has been lined with plastic wrap. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Invert on a serving plate.
