2½ c. finely chopped Vidalia onions
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 c. sour cream
1½ c. shredded Swiss cheese
2-3 drops hot pepper sauce
chopped chives for garnishment

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat a 1½ - 2 quart baking dish with vegtable cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together the onions, mayonnaise, sour cream, Swiss cheese and hot sauce. Spread mixture into the baking dish. Bake, uncovered for 20-30 minutes, until lightly browned. Garnish with chives.
