Ingredients:  
3 lbs. (London Broil, Flank Steak or Rump Roast) I use London Broil
1 cup Worchestershire Sauce
1 1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons garlic infused vinegar
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small white onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except for meat, in a bowl. Mix well.
Place meat in sealable Zip-Loc plastic bag.
Pour remaining ingredients into bag, covering meat.
Knead the bag, as to mix well.
Marinate overnight.
Dry meat in oven @175 degrees for approximately 4 hour, until shiny but still pliable.
