3⅓ c White Sugar
1½ c butter or margarine, melted
¼ c water
4 large eggs, beaten
1½ Tbsp Vanilla extract
2⅔ c Flour
1½ c Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1½ c chopped Walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water, butter in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and stir well. In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients (except walnuts) Add dry to wet and mix well. Fold in walnuts. Spread into a 9x13 greased pan or a Costco sized greased jelly roll pan . (Jelly roll pan= the cookie sheets I use at home and at Subway). Bake at 350ºF for 30-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool completely. Sprinkle with icing sugar or decorate with *frosting.

*Frosting:
6Tbsp room temp Margarine or butter
3 c icing sugar
¼ cup milk
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
Mix everything together real well. spread over cooled brownies.
