1 ½ lbs. Hamburger
½ C Celery, chopped
2 T Soysauce
1 t Sugar
1 Onion, chopped
1½ t Salt & Pepper
2 T Cornstarch
VEGETABLES & SAUCE:
2 Carrots, into thin slices
2-3 Tomatoes, skin removed
1½ T Cooking OIl
2 Bell Peppers, cut into slices
1 Can Pineapple Chunks or Tidbits
½ t. Salt & Pepper
2 T Brown Sugar
2 ½ T Cornstarch
3 T Vinegar

Meatballs:
Mix all ingredients well & shape into walnut size balls. Cook in skillet until browned on outside and cooked on the inside. Set aside

Cut tomatoes into wedges. Drain pineapple juice but save it. Heat pineapple juice with oil, salt, pepper, brown sugar & vinegar until bubbly. Toss in carrots & bell peppers & cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, pineapple & meatballs & cook only until sauce begins to bubble .Add enough water to cornstarch to make a thin paste. Stir in cornstarch paste & cook until thick. Serve over rice.
