2 pounds ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
6 tbsp. four
4 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cook the first 6 ingredients over a low medium heat until beef is done
Add flour, stir quickly to prevent clumping and mix well
Add milk, increase the heat stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens

Serve over toast and mashed potatoes
