3/4 Cups butter 4Pounds chicken breasts 3 teaspoons salt 11/2 teaspoons monosodium glutamate 1/4 teaspoons pepper 11/2 Cups flour 1/2 Cups parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoons paprika 11/2 teaspoons oregano 1 Cups buttermilk 1/4 teaspoons pepper

Preheat oven to 425*F.Line 2 shallows 15x10x1-inches baking pans with aluminum foil.Divide butter between pans;place in oven for about 5 minutes or until margarine is melted.Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt,monodium glutamate,and pepper.Combine flour,cheese,paprika,and oregano.Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk;roll in flour mixture;place skim side down in melted butter.Bake for 30 minutes.Turn chicken;bake 20 minutes longer.
