2 T Butter or Margarine
2½ to 3 lb Chicken, cut into serving pieces. May use boneless chicken also
1 can ( 1 lb.) Tomatoes
1 can (4oz) sliced Mushrooms
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, melt butter & brown chicken; remove from pan. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic & soup mix; mix together. Return chicken to pan. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
