1C whole wheat flour
1C all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
3/4C or more hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to make soft, not sticky, dough. Rest a few minutes. Cut into 8 parts. Roll thin. Fry on smoking hot griddle.
