2 cups sugar (1 white, 1 brown)
1-1/2 cups Crisco oil
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp clove
3 cups grated carrots or 3 jars junior baby food cararots
4 eggs, whole
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Frosting:
2- 8 oz packages cream cheese 1 Tbps butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla Powdered sugar (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and eggs, blend in oil.
Sift together soda, salt, flour and cinnamon, clove.
Add to creamed mixture and blend in.
Fold in carrots and walnuts.
Bake in bundt pan for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting:

Put all in mixer and blend until smooth. Add powdered sugar to your individual "sweetness" taste.
