1 Packages(6-ounces)long grain and wild rice mix 3 Large chicken breasts Salt as desired Pepper as desired 4 Tablespoons margarine 3/4 Cups sauterne(optional) 1 Can101/2-ounces)chicken soup 1/2 Cups sliced celery 2 Tablespoons chopped pimentos 1 Can(3-ounces)sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Heat oven to 350*F.Grease 11/2-quart baking dish.Prepare rice by directions on box.BONE chicken breasts.Season with salt and pepper.Brown chicken slowly in margarine in skillet;slowly add sauterne stirring until smooth,add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.Pour sauce over chicken,cover and bake for 25 minutes.Uncover and bake 20 minutes lonfer until chicken is tender.
