1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup boiling water
Mix together and let cool

1 8 oz. Cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond etracct
Mix together

Thoroughly chill one lg. can evaporated milk then put in ice tray in freezer until crystals appear.

Pour milk into chilled bowl and whip until fairly stiff.

Fold gelatin mixture into cheese mixture then fold in whipped milk. Pour into graham cracker
crust. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

I used a 8x10 pan.
