1½ lbs. hamburger
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup long grain rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 tsp oil
⅛ tsp pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat in oil for a minute or so. Drain grease from meat after browning.Add onion, salt & pepper and rice. Mix well, gently fry for 2 or 3 minutes. Then add soups & water and mix well.
Put cabbage into bottom of greased casserole dish. Pout meat mixture evenly over raw cabbage. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours.

Add any other seasonings you want.
