2/3 Cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
1.5 Pounds Ground Beef
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 Cup Grated Onion
1/2-1 Teaspoonful Salt
1/4 Teaspoonful Pepper
1/2 Teaspoonful Sage

Glaze:

4 Tablespoonsful Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Teaspoonful Nutmeg
2 Teaspoonsful Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place breadcrumbs in bottom of large bowl and add both milk and the evaporated milk. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and mix with hand. Spray pan with olive oil or no-stick spray.

Make sauce below and pour over meatloaf mixture and bake at 350º for about one hour.
