6 Tbsp mayo or yogurt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper

2 sweet apples cored and chopped
1C red seedless grapes halved, or raisins, or craisins
1C celery, sliced thin
1C toasted chopped walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
whisk together mayo and/or yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Stir in apples, grapes, raisins, celery, nuts. Serve on fresh lettuce leaf.
