1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 10 inch tube pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and add to batter alternating with sour cream. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips.

Spoon batter evenly into the prepared pan. Combine the brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly onto the surface of the batter.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
