3-lb. bag red potatoes
1 ½ cups sour cream
¾ cup mayo
2 packages ranch dressing, dry mix
1 ½ cups grated SHARP cheddar cheese
5 green onions, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and dice into ½ inch thick pieces. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place potatoes in pot. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are just tender. Drain and set aside to cool.

When potatoes are cool, combine sour cream, mayo and ranch dressing. Add potatoes and stir to coat. Add cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon. Stir until mixed thoroughly.

Chill in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
