1 Box Yellow Cake Mix (mix according to box instructions)

For Pumpkin Pie Filling:

1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 large eggs
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

For Frosting:

1 (4 serving size) box of Vanilla Instant Pudding mix
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup cold milk
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix, according to directions on the box. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish/pan. In another bowl, whisk together ingredients for the pumpkin pie filling, until smooth. Pour over the cake mixture. Place cake in oven and bake for 50-60 minutes or until center no longer jiggles or center comes out clean with a toothpick. Cool to room temp. Make frosting. Mix ingredients. Whisk until combined and starting to thicken. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cake. *sprinkle a little of the pumpkin pie spice on top, to finish off.
