Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 (3.5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips (chopped)
3/4 cup white chocolate chips (chopped)
3/4 cup butterscotch chips (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour and baking soda, then add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in all three types of chips.
Drop 1 inch balls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. These are very soft, so I usually let them cool and rest on the pan before removing.
