5 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
1 T poppy seeds
1 sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp poppy seeds
White rice, steamed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken, cream of celery, and 1T poppy seeds together. Spread into 9x13 or casserole dish. Melt butter and combine with crushed crackers. Spread on top of pan and sprinkle with remaining poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
