3C sweet potatoes cooked.
1C sugar
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter
1/2C milk
salt to taste
1 tsp vanilla

TOPPING
1/3 stick butter
1C brown sugar
1C chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Mash potatoes, blend other ingredients until smooth

Spread potato mix in a 9x13 baking dish. Melt butter and brown sugar in a skillet, stir in pecans until coated, sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes.
