Ingredients:  
1 Tbsp olive oil
1C chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
6C vegetable broth
2-1/2C cubed peeled butternut squash
2-1/2C peeled baking potato
1C cut green beans
1/2C diced carrot
1 tsp oregano
salt/pepper
4C chopped kale, spinach, or other greens
1/2C uncooked orzo
1 med can cannelloni beans rinsed
1/2C parmesan.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil, add garlic and saute 1 minute more.

Add vegetables and spices, simmer until tender. Add greens, orzo cannelloni, simmer until orzo is done, serve topped with parmesan.
