1 c. butter, unsalted (2 sticks)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg and cloves (opt)
4 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Oven - 350º.

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs.
Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg and cloves.
Mix dry with the creamed mixture.
Form into 2 rolls, wrap in plastic and freeze.
Slice and bake - approx. 10min.
