"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 sticks butter
1 package yeast
3/4 cup milk
3 egg yolks

Filling
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar

Equal amounts of mini chocolate chips, coconut and brown sugar.

Drizzle
1 cup powdered sugar
milk to thin out

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, sugar and butter like pie dough. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and add to milk. Separate your eggs. Beat egg yolks and add to yeast. Mix liquid mixture into flour mixture. You can use a dough hook for this. The mixture will be sticky, DO NOT add more flour.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

Beat egg whites and 1 cup of sugar into a meringue.

Divide dough into 3 parts and roll out as you would for pie crust on a lightly floured board.

Spread meringue on top and sprinkle with your chocolate chip mixture. Fold over 3 or 4 times and place on greased cookie sheets. Cut 3 or 4 slices in the top of each cake. Let rest for 1 hour.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

While still warm, top with drizzle.
