1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 t. salt
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1 t.. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pecans, sugar and cinnamon, set aside. Cream sugar and shortening well. Beat eggs, vanilla and banana and stir in sour cream. Add dry ingredients, stir to blend. Sprinkle 1/2 of sugar mixture into bottom of well greased 10" bundt pan - spoon in
1/2 of batter to pan. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over batter and add remaining batter. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes in pan on rack.
