5 to 6 lbs Beef Brisket
Liquid smoke 3 oz.
Celery salt
garlic salt
onion salt
Worchester sauce
salt and pepper
Barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put brisket in baking pan or glass baking dish
Pour liquid smoke over both sides of meat.
Sprinkle both sides of meat with the celery, garlic, and onion salt.
Cover with foil and let set overnight in the refrigerator.
Next day pour Worchester sauce over both sides of meat and salt and pepper.
Cover and bake 5 to 6 hours at 275º.
Remove from oven and cover with barbeque sauce. Cook covered 1 hour more.
Remove from oven and cool at least 1 hour before slicing.
