3 cups raw rhubarb
1 cup water
3 cups white sugar
1 - 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 yellow cake mix
miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Boil rhubarb, water, and sugar as a sauce. Add jello - set - cool.

Prepare cake mix as box directed. Grease 9x13 cake pan.

Cover bottom of pan with marshmallows. Pour on cake mixture - then cover with rhubarb sauce.

Marshmallows will come to the top and the rhubarb to the bottom.

Bake as directed by cake mix instructions - maybe a little longer.
