1 C. butter, softened
2 C. sugar
2 eggs,
2 tsp. vanilla
3 C. flour
1 C. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
1/2 C. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Cream butter until light and fluffy.
3. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and mix until comined.
4. Mix together flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until combined.
5. Roll dough into 2 inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheet. Press thumb in center to makea well. Place Cherry into each cookie.
6. Bake 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool.
7. Melt chocolatte and drizzle over cookies. Let chocolate set and serve or store in an air-tight contained.
