1 stick of unsalted butter
8 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup of flour

Filling
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 cup peacons, chopped
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

Dough

1. Blend the butter and cream cheese until smooth, slowly add the flour until you have a ball of dough. You may have to ned it by hand. If your dough is sticky add alil flour until smooth. If your dough is crumbly add alil water. Take dough and make 24 small balls. Place them on a cookie sheet and chill them for 1/2 hour.

Filling

1. Blend egg, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Add your peacons and blend.
2. Spray your small cupcake like tin and form your ball and fill 3/4 with filling.
3. Preheat heat oven 325 F and bake for 1/2 hour.
4. Sprinkle powder sugar on the top while still warm.

These Tarts were my favorite growing up with my Grandma Flo. She would make these Tarts at Xmas time and hide them so we kids wouldn't eat them all before Xmas day. Grandma Flo was an execellent baker and an awesome chef. Grandma Flo made X-mas cookies she would hide them from us until X-mas day. Love Mom
