Base
1&3/4 c. crushed soda biscuits
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup butter
1 tbsp. milk,
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup white sugar
Filling
1 cup white sugar
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
2 egg yoks
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients for base together.
Press half the mixture into 8 in greased pan.
Mix filling ingredients together and cook over hot water until thickened.
Cool and spread on crumb mixture.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 35 mins.
