2# flank steak
1/2 C oil
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 1 orange
4 cloves garlic
1 fresh jalapeño
1 T fresh cilantro or 1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cube meat. Dice finely garlic, jalapeño. Mash in a mortar and pesto with celantro. Mix mixture with oil, juices, and spices. Place meat in medium bowl and poor in sauce. Stir and cover. Place in frig for 1-1.5 hours. Cook in sauté pan and serve in favorite Mexican dish.
