1½ cups scalded milk
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 heaping T. flour
1 tsp. oleo
1 beaten egg
nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together brown and white sugars with flour and add to milk along with the remaining ingredients.

Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake at 400-425º for 10 minutes then 325-350º for 30 minutes or more.
