1½ cups sugar
3 T. flour
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 T. butter
2 well beaten eggs
3 cups cut rhubarb
1 recipe plain pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter.

Add eggs and beat mixture til smooth.

Place rhubarb into pastry and pour mixture over the rhubarb.

Cover with top pastry or use pastry cut in fancy shapes.

Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, then 350º for 30 minutes (?)
