1 - 9 inch pie shell
1 cup sugar
¼ cup flour
2 cups half & half
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg as desired
Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan mix sugar and flour. Add cream slowly, stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat stirring well until mixture begins to thicken, Turn off flame. Add vanilla and nutmeg - stir - pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350º for 60 minutes.
