1 lb. butter
1 doz eggs
1 lb brown sugar
1 lb glazed cherries (I add green & red)
1 lb golden raisins
1 lb raisins
1 lb. currants
1 lb. dates
1 lb. almonds, chopped
1 b. mixed peel
1 lb. flour (4 cups)
1orange
1 lemon

1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp cloves
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and spices together.

Add to fruit and zest orange and lemon and juice.

Line pans with parchment and wax paper and bake at
225º until it looks done. (usually a few hours)

Chop cherries, etc.
