2 Tbsp butter
1 med onion sliced
1 can sauerkraut
1 tsp caraway seed
1C dry white wine
1-1/2 lb potatoes sliced thin
1 lb turkey kielbasa sliced
8 oz shredded swiss cheese mixed with
2 Tbsp cornstarch

10x 10 casserole dish

Directions:

Saute onion in butter.
Add kraut, caraway seed, wine.
In dish, layer 1/3 potatoes, 1/2 kraut, 1/2 sausage, 1/2 cheese. Repeat, finishing with potatoes topped with cheese.
Cover with foil, bake 40 minutes; remove foil, bake 20 minutes uncovered.
Serve with brown rye and good mustard.
