1/2 stick butter
1 med onion, chopped
2 to 2-1/2 C cooked flank steak or leftover roast beef cubed
2 C chopped cooked potato
Salt, pepper
1 C drained canned or pickled beet slices, diced.

Directions:

Saute onions in an iron skillet. Add rest, mix, saute, packing down to get a crust.
