1c flour
3c chopped onion
1c diced bell pepper
1c green onion
1c fresh parsley
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 qt water
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp hot sauce
1lb okra
2 cans tomatoes
salt
1 lb crab
1 lb fish
1 lb crawfish
2 lb shrimp

Make a roux with the flour and oil. Add the other stuff and simmer a couple hours
