1 lb. crabmeat
1 egg, beaten well
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. butter, melted
2 T. evaporated milk
2 T. capers
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 c. parmesan, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese, stir gently until well mixed. Spoon into 6 buttered crab shells, dividing evenly or into a buttered 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
