1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
4 T. butter
2 1/2 T. flour
1 c. cream
1/2 t. salt
1 t. Worcestershire
1/4 c. medium dry sherry
paprika, cayenne, black pepper to taste
1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Place artichokes in bottom of baking dish. Spread a layer of crabmeat. Add a layer of sautéed mushrooms.
In saucepan, melt butter and add remaining ingredients, except cheese, stirring well after each addition for a smooth sauce. Pour sauce over artichoke and crabmeat mixture and sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
