2 ( 8 Ounce ) Package Cream Cheese
1 Pound Ricotta Cheese
1 ½ Cups Sugar
4 Eggs Slightly Beaten
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 ½ Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
½ Cup Butter Melted
1 Pint Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream and ricotta cheese in bowl and beat at high speed with mixer.
Beat in sugar.
Lower mixer speed and add eggs.
Beat in cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.
Blend in melted butter and sour cream.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake in 325º oven for 1 hour 10 minutes.
Turn oven off allow to remain in oven for 2 hours.
Remove and let cool completely.
