Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 T flour
5 whole eggs
1½ tsp vanilla

Crust:
1½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup of sugar
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Topping:
½ cup sugar
1 ½ pint of sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients for crust together and press in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 5 minutes.

2. Cream sugar and cream cheese together.

3. Add eggs one at a time. Beat until well blended.

4. Add vanilla.

5. Pour into prepared crust.

6. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.

7. Remove from oven door and place on counter for 5 minutes.

8. Pour topping onto baked cheesecake.

9. Bake for 15 minutes at 325º.

10. Cool and enjoy!
