2 cups butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp. almond extract
4 cups all purpose flour
sprinkles/colored sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar, and almond extract until fluffy. Slowly add flour until mixed thoroughly. Chill dough. Divide dough in half and shape into a log. Roll log in sprinkles or sugar. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight or at least several hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut dough into 1/4 inch pieces and place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
